I’m Elisha, founder of the business, which began in 2011 after I returned to Australia following the Christchurch earthquake in New Zealand. Bringing my family’s smoked salt seasoning across the Tasman had always been the dream — and that pivotal moment gave me the push to turn it into reality.

Growing up in New Zealand, smoking fresh local produce and barbecuing seafood wasn’t a trend — it was simply how we cooked. Long fishing trips, open fires, and the incredible Kiwi wilderness shaped my love for bold, honest flavours made the traditional way.

Today, we continue that tradition here in Australia with a modern edge. We source premium ingredients and cold smoke them by hand over beechwood and bay leaves, creating a range of small-batch, flavour-packed gourmet products designed for real kitchens and serious food lovers.

My husband Onur brings his Turkish heritage and deep food knowledge into the mix, adding warmth, spice, and global inspiration to everything we do. Together, we’re passionate about crafting products that are simple, authentic, and full of character.
