Smoked Garlic is sold as whole garlic bulbs, cold-smoked by hand. Smoked Garlic Flakes are smoked garlic that has been dried and flaked for convenience. Black Garlic is different again — garlic slowly aged until it becomes dark, soft, sweet and richly savoury, with no smoking involved.
