Shipping & Returns

Every order is packed with the same care that goes into making it. Here’s what to expect once you order, and what to do if anything’s not quite right.

Shipping

We aim to pack and dispatch orders within 1–3 business days.

Once dispatched, most Australian deliveries arrive within 3–8 business days, depending on your location and any carrier delays. We ship with Australia Post or another suitable courier, depending on your order and destination.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. We currently ship within Australia only.

Jars and bags are packed securely to travel safely — but if anything arrives damaged, see below.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, is missing something, or isn’t what you ordered, please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number along with clear photos of the parcel, the packaging, and the affected item, and we’ll help resolve it as quickly as possible.

Returns & Change of Mind

As these are food products, we’re not able to accept change-of-mind returns once an item has been opened.

If your order hasn’t yet been packed or dispatched, get in touch as soon as possible and we may be able to help.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If a product is faulty, or we’ve sent you the wrong item, please contact us and we’ll put it right. This policy doesn’t limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
