Our luscious garlic is cold-smoked by hand over beechwood and bay leaves which imparts a sweet, nutty flavour into the garlic bulbs. Use freely in your home cooking to enrich and enliven any cuisine. We only use quality imported garlic from Spain, Argentina and Mexico (shelf life is up to eight weeks).
NB - Gluten Free but may contain traces of gluten, and nuts (not suitable for Coeliacs).
